Design, issue and send certificates that anyone can check are real.
How do I design the certificate?
- Open Certificates and go to Design.
- Add your Logo, a Colour, and A line in your words.
- Under Who signs it, add a name, a title and a scan of the signature if you like.
It saves as you go. When it says "Saved", the preview shows what will print.
How do I issue and send certificates?
- Press Issue certificates.
- Press Email everyone their certificate.
- Once results are published, press Issue placing certificates for the winners.
Each person can also download theirs from their own page under Your certificate. Download all as a ZIP gets every file at once.
I changed the design after issuing. Do I start again?
No. Press Re-render with the current design. Every serial and code is kept, and links already emailed open the new file.
Why aren’t sponsor logos on the certificates?
The Sponsor logos part of the design says what will print, and why not when it won’t.
No strip prints if no sponsor has a logo. Only five logos fit, so reorder sponsors on Sponsors to choose which.
If it says the strip doesn’t fit, the signature is using that space. Remove the signature scan, or the signature, to make room.
If a logo could not be read, upload it again on Sponsors as a PNG or JPEG.
How can someone check a certificate is real?
Every certificate has a QR code. Scanning it opens a page that says "This certificate is genuine", or that it was withdrawn.
How do I withdraw a certificate?
Under Withdraw a certificate, enter its code or serial and say why. Its check page then says it was withdrawn.
