What is free, what a pass adds, and how to pay.
What is free?
Every event is free up to a set number of people. The Plans page shows the number. Staff, judges and volunteers never count.
What does a pass add?
Sending in bulk on a bigger event: emailing everyone their page, announcements, certificates for the whole event, and exports.
An Event pass covers one event up to the size you buy, with nothing to renew. Annual covers every event your organisation runs.
How do I buy a pass?
- Press your initial or email address at the top right and choose Plans.
- Under Choose a size, then pay, pick the size.
- Pay with UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), a card or netbanking.
The pass goes on the event once the payment clears, usually within seconds.
Can I pay another way?
Email hello@appwoven.com with the event and the number of people.

Contact the event’s organiser. Their email is at the foot of your event page and in every email from the event.
