You decide what participant information enters Woven and you are responsible for having the right to put it there, including any consent needed from a parent or guardian. Do not upload information the event does not need.
There is no uptime guarantee. Woven is a young product and it can be unavailable. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Every table exports at any time, and you should export before an event day.
Do not use Woven to collect information you have no reason to collect, to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to attempt to reach another organization’s data.
You can stop using Woven at any time and ask for your event’s data to be deleted; it will be, along with any backups containing it, within thirty days. Woven may end an account that is being used in the ways described above.
