The event organizer, meaning the school or institution running the event, decides what is collected and why. Woven processes that information on their instructions. If you want your child’s information corrected or removed, ask the organizer first; they can do it themselves.
For each participant: name, school, class, category, and a guardian’s email address. Woven does not collect a date of birth. Age groups are decided by school class, so a birth date is information the event never uses.
To enter a participant in a category, give them a reporting time and venue, check them in on the day, record a score where the event is judged, and produce a certificate.
The organizer and their staff. A school coordinator sees only their own school’s participants. A judge sees entries without names where the event is judged anonymously. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train anything.
Until the retention date the organizer sets for the event, after which participant information is deleted.
Most participants are minors. Consent is recorded against the school’s own consent process, and Woven stores a record of that rather than claiming to have obtained it directly from a guardian.
Woven is an early product and has no security certification, no third-party audit, and no formal compliance accreditation. Do not read this page as any of those.
